At i3 International we are committed to supporting our dealers and customers by providing a range of training opportunities to suit a variety of needs, schedules and budgets. Consider all the training options available and pick the one most suitable for your business' current training needs.

Three training courses are available based on the attendee's proficiency and goals.

End User Training

(available on-line)

As our customer base continues to increase, we want to make sure that the End Users are comfortable using their video management equipment to its full capabilities. To facilitate effortless End User learning, we offer a variety of online training aids, such as a variety of Training Videos, as well as a number of PDF Manuals and Quick Guides. These resources can be accessed from our Documentation section of the website. In special circumstances, on-site training option is offered, subject to trainer availability. At the end of the lesson, users will be able to effectively employ essential features of our systems.

i3 Dealer Certification Training

(available in-house, on-site and on-line)

Every i3 dealer is strongly encouraged to complete this certification course. Upon successful completion of this 2-day course, the i3 Dealer is able to perform simple repairs such as adding/replacing a hard drive without voiding the unit's warranty. Personalized i3 Dealer Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course. The certificate is valid for 1 calendar year and is non-transferrable. i3 Master Technician Training

(available in-house)

This 3-day training is best suited for experienced technicians looking to perform more complex repairs on the DVMS system, such as changing a power supply or a video card without voiding the unit's warranty. Personalized i3 Master Technician Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course. The certificate is valid for 2 calendar years and is non-transferrable. Note: Master Technician Training is not available through this training method.

i3 On-line training is provided FREE of charge to i3 International registered dealers and end users. Your staff can complete this training at their own pace and at the time best suited to them. Visit our Online Training portal at https://training.i3international.com/ to Register for your account today.

Please also make use of our online training aids, such as Manuals, Quick Guides, Cheat Sheets and Training Videos, accessible through our Media Library section of the website.

In-house

In-house training is provided FREE of charge to i3 International registered dealers and end users. Minimum attendance is required for training sessions to be scheduled.

Cost of Training: FREE of charge to i3 International registered dealers.
Late Cancellation Fee: Non-attendance and late cancellations will result in a $250 fee that will be automatically charged to your credit card. Please cancel your attendance at least 3 business days prior to scheduled training date to avoid the late cancelation fee (please consult the schedule above).
Forms with unfilled late cancellation fee information will not be accepted.

On-site

Location: i3 trainer will travel to train your staff at your facility or a pre-arranged training location (company's HQ or a hotel)

Cost of Training: Please note that the cost of the on-site training includes the daily training rate (US$800 / CAN$800 per day of training) as well as trainer's travel expenses (flight/gas/car rental/accommodations/etc.).
Please Note: All personal checks and money orders should arrive to i3 head office at least 14 business days prior to the scheduled class date.
Forms with unfilled late cancellation fee information will not be accepted.
