At i3 International we are committed to supporting our dealers and customers by providing a range of training opportunities to suit a variety of needs, schedules and budgets. Consider all the training options available and pick the one most suitable for your business' current training needs.

Three training courses are available based on the attendee's proficiency and goals.

As our customer base continues to increase, we want to make sure that the End Users are comfortable using their video management equipment to its full capabilities. To facilitate effortless End User learning, we offer a variety of online training aids, such as a variety of Training Videos, as well as a number of PDF Manuals and Quick Guides. These resources can be accessed from our Documentation section of the website. In special circumstances, on-site training option is offered, subject to trainer availability. At the end of the lesson, users will be able to effectively employ essential features of our systems.

Every i3 dealer is strongly encouraged to complete this certification course. Upon successful completion of this 2-day course, the i3 Dealer is able to perform simple repairs such as adding/replacing a hard drive without voiding the unit's warranty. Personalized i3 Dealer Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course. The certificate is valid for 1 calendar year and is non-transferrable. This 3-day training is best suited for experienced technicians looking to perform more complex repairs on the DVMS system, such as changing a power supply or a video card without voiding the unit's warranty. Personalized i3 Master Technician Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course. The certificate is valid for 2 calendar years and is non-transferrable.
