"When I talk to LP directors and VPs, they tell me that their budget is tight," explains Hoang. "To get other departments to understand and buy into the value that LP has on the entire organization is extremely important. Without funding [for LP], that part of the organization will not be effective in its day-to-day job. Communication among departments is key to make LP successful.
